Since September 1, 2024, Christian Schumacher has taken on the role of Managing Director at CONEC Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in Lippstadt, a company that has been part of the Amphenol Group since 2019<\/p>\n

Christian Schumacher is an experienced industry expert from Hamm in Westphalia, with an impressive career in the automation and connector industry. For more than 20 years, he has successfully tackled the ever-changing challenges of the sector and has significantly contributed to the development and transformation of the companies he worked for.<\/p>\n

Before joining CONEC, Christian Schumacher served successfully as Managing Director at HARTING Customized Solutions GmbH & Co. KG in Espelkamp<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His vision for CONEC is to establish the company as a global leader in innovation, focusing on strengthening the CONEC and Amphenol brands, as well as on innovation and speed. “By investing in new technologies and actively promoting our employees worldwide, we will further enhance our competitiveness,” Schumacher explains. “Our goal is to be known as a reliable partner for our customers globally, not only delivering quality but also supporting them reliably and punctually with the right products.”<\/p>\n

The Lippstadt location holds great significance for Schumacher. He highlights that “advancing the site of Lippstadt as a center of innovation is critical to ensuring long-term success.” Flexibility and adaptability are crucial factors in meeting the challenges of global markets. Schumacher is convinced that a strong team and open communication will form the foundation for CONEC\u2019s successful future.<\/p>\n
